Why is my hosting account disabled?

I'd like to know if my hosting account has been disabled and if so can you re enable it?

Also after it gets re enabled, just so I am clear, if I log into the forum at least once a month it will not get disabled again?

Hi poolguy,

Your hosting account is not linked with forums account. Most probably it is suspended for inactivity and then terminated. You can re register using the same forum account.

Yes, You have to login into forums atleast every 31 days. Cpanel or account panel doesn't count as activity, Only Forum login counts.
