Why is my site down - is all of free hosting down?

I can not get my site up. all I get is the 404/5 page.:dunno:

My site is http://blackshaw-online.co.uk

When I try to log into x10hosting I get:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.


Followed by a page saying:

This has now been the case fo several days. What is going on, is this happening to anyone else?

Hi,

Your account was terminated on the 09/21/08 at 4:15 pm for the reason "Illegal content (Copyright MP3)." Unfortunately the account or any of the data stored can not be recovered.

I was no aware of this as the software used expressed that you could only listen to it and that it was the same as listening to a cd remotely as you can not record from this file.
Would I be allowed to recreate my account on the understanding that no form of music or copyright music is allowed dispite file types?

If you agree to follow our TOS you can create a new account.

Sharing copyrighted music is illegal. Even if you can't download it.
