Why is my site Down

I have an ad free account with you, since yesterday my web site http://afjchurch.org is down,
I tried many times to login to Cpanel without any success.
I have FTP client, when I used it to access my hosting folder I found then 100% empty.
So what I have to do now ??
Should I reload my site files to server again Using my FTP client? or you are going to fix it your way?
My Forum u.name is sam_m_w, my Cpanel U.name is AFJ2008

Is the update is done or not yet?

When it's expected thing go back to normal?
Will I be able to login in to Cpanel or X10hosting is going to change it to another control panel?

All of the information we currently have is at the link I posted. Staff is working very hard to complete the job and it should be done soon but I cannot give you an exact time. Nothing should change with your cPanel or login.
