Why is the process taking so long ?

I am trying to upgrade my php version to advanced from intermediate. I already submit the request with a reason which is for me to install wordpress in my site. It has reached more than 24 hours but my request is still pending.

All Advanced PHP requests must be manually reviewed by an Admin as they need to check if the reason given is good enough. As the Admins are very busy with the server transfers it could be days before they get time to read your request.
