Why is there so much problems with Stoli?

Hi X10 Hosting,

I'm getting complaints from the person that I built a website for about their site ebing down, and it's true, it is down. Does anyone know why Stoli is always having problems? It is getting annoying because people are going to the site and they're seeing that it's down. Please someone help, and please get the problem with Stoli fixed. I think that you guys should have back up servers so if Stoli goes down, our sites can still be up and running.

Hello,

There are facilities in place to ensure downtime is minimised, however, it does happen. If it's that important to you I'd suggest an upgrade to premium, where there is a 99.9% uptime SLA. The cause is currently being investigated by admins. Please be patient.
