Why Is This ALWAYS Happening

Since i got this hosting from x10 i dont think ive went 2 full days without the server going down and my forum not loading...

Why does it always go down...???

Because the server has about 1,400 accounts on it, all of which are free and unpaying.

Somethign is up with the server. I'm going to have the Data Center restart it.

Restarted http/apache and it is now responding.

So the servers working.. thats weird coz im getting this now when i try to connect to the forum:

It takes a few minutes for MySQL to get up and running once it was restarted. I'll look into it if that error doesn't go away in a few minutes.

I can't guarantee anything thuogh, as I'm in school and you never know what could happen. I'll try though.
