Ok, i have paid for 5 years of hosting with x10 hosting, so why is my support requests going under free hosting ?????

I believe it's just the way the support system has been set up at the moment. You are free to of course ask for help in the Prime Members forum instead of in the Free Hosting forum 
. If you are using Prime only (and not Illuminated), that might be why. If you're using the Illuminated service, I would definitely stick with the Prime Members forum instead of the Free Hosting forum.
Anyhow, you might want to renew your co.cc domain before it expires. Just as a heads up
