Why it display this (500 Internal Server Error) error most of the times when I visit

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I visit it shows the following error message.

"500 Internal Server Error
nginx/0.7.67"

Can you fix that error to prevent the interruption to make the site user friendly. I intend buy this hosting service once I make minimum 200 visitors per day.
