Disputes need to be handled through the dispute system; I'm replying to your dispute now, but for the sake of ensuring the resolution is seen:
1) Per our Terms of Service, the site MUST be available in English, Spanish, or French. Yours was not, and had no manual 1:1 translation to one of the languages. This would not be permanent, except for
2) Copyright infringement is a serious crime, and is not allowed nor tolerated on x10hosting's services.
As such, the suspension will be standing, and is permanent.
