why my acount has been deleted???

i want to know y my web address is deleted hosting files are removed...

is it possible to get back all those files as i dont have backup...

even i havent voileted any term then y deleted ?

thanks sir i was affraid that i lost my web as i have paid my 2 months profit to the designer and programmers....
are they secure or i have to keep backup on my own ....

In this event, the files and databases should be intact when the servers come back online. However, it is always good practice to keep your own backups of your files and databases in the event that something does go wrong. Also please note that x10 is not responsible for providing backups of free hosting accounts in the event of something breaking.

is there any other way to pay to get premium hosting..
i dont have credit or
debit card.
