Hi kasarung,
Your hosting account is suspended for nulled scripts and the nulled scripts comes into zero tolerance policy.
So your account remains suspended.

Yeah, according to the suspension reason the automatic scripts x10 has in place to detect nulled scripts did just what they're supposed to do. They picked up a nulled/warez script on your acocunt, probably as you were still uploading all the files required for it.
This is a zero tolerance suspension, and you won't be able to get unsuspended. If you feel this is in error, we can escalate this to staff, however if they confirm there is a nulled script on the account, it remains suspended permanently.
