why my forum does not send mails in X10hosting, but does in other hosting servers?

I've installed SMF forum and it does not send mails, but with same installation in other networks it send mails

first I tried default PHP setting and did not works, then I tried SMTP settings with the settings I saw in CPanel with port 26 and did not works.

I went into web-mail interface from control panel and send a mail, it gave me no error but that mail went no-where...!! even not to junk mails... what's wrong with my account :crying::tear:

make sure that you have created an smtp account when you use smtp. The SMTP server doesn't seem to be down on stoli, the server you are on.

well, I'm sure it's not working and 100% I'm sure I've setup it right, when I tested those settings in a mail client such as Outlook it sent mails with a very very long delay (about 10 minutes):rant2:
via web-mail it said mail sent, but those mails has been never delivered... :wtf:
my mails settings (should I change something?):

Mail Server Username: forum+boelectronic.pcriot.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.boelectronic.pcriot.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) LSN-D2771.limestonenetworks.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.boelectronic.pcriot.com (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) stoli.x10hosting.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)


even I tried some SMTP such as my Yahoo Mail account, Mail.ru, Hotmail and AOL and none of them works in SMF Forum

I've asked more information on the status of smtp on your server. Keep in mind that sometimes, x10Hosting's server is included in spam filter since some people use free hosting servers to send junk mail.

send mail to c2792088@tyldd.com just to try.

using this, mail client does not connect to sever....

Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) stoli.x10hosting.com (server requires authentication) port 465

using this, mail client works, but with a warning because of server certified....


still have problem for send forum mails using SMF...
