why my hosting account does not exist

I was register successeful.
username: trnovo
email:trnovo.srpsko@gmail.com
trnovo.x10hosting.com


full name trnovosrpsko

but i did not recieve any email.
I resend the conformation email at http://x10hosting.com/hosting/resendconfirmation
many times but no success

I can login to my account control panel

but,when i wont login to hosting :

An Error Has Occurred
the hosting username you specified does not exist.

account username: trnovo


When i login on forum i use username: trnovo
but my posting rules is

You may not edit your posts

Why???

There doesn't to be an account by the name of trnovo. Currently the account fly2long is linked to your account.
