The suspension reason really does say it all - It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active.
Your last login to the forums was over 30 days ago, so it suspends you. You are requesting the unsuspension, but it's still showing more than 30 days since login, so it suspends you repeatedly.
