Torrents or torrent trackers are not allowed on x10, It is zero tolerance policy and your account suspension is permanent.

But it was private tracker, i have read in rules - no warez content allowed but it was not warez and i was using it for private use only.

If i have done mistake, please sorry me and re-enable my a/c. I will delete tracker files from site. please do.

It doesn't matter whether or not it was private use. It was still forbidden from being uploaded to the servers. This is a zero tolerance violation of TOS. The account is PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED. No access to the account will ever be given.

Please give me access to cPanel so I can take backup (download files) of my site. Please help me! I will not do it again.

You will not be given access to your files.
You cannot backup or download your files.
You will not be given any second chances.
Zero Tolerance means Zero Tolerance.

There is nothing else to discuss about the matter so I am closing the thread.
