why my sql dbs was deleted?

i had my sql db and i made auser for the db and i merged them together then i installed a script and after that with about 15 min i got that messege

FATAL ERROR: Could not connect to database on localhost (#07000(proxy) all backends are down)

then i logged into my cpanel and to MySQL Databases i suddenly found :
There are no databases associated with your account.
There are no users associated with your account.
what happened??

From the error message you provided "FATAL ERROR: Could not connect to database on localhost (#07000(proxy) all backends are down)",that means that the mysql server went down briefly and now it's back. When mysql goes down, it doesn't show up in cPanel, but that doesn't mean it's really deleted. I'm glad it's back up for you.
