Why my website is suspended but my account is not...

:dunno: Why my website is suspended when i open my website but my account is not... when I check on Check Suspension Reason: it Said Error:
This account is not suspended. my account name is kotdos try check it please account manager http://onlinearcade.pcriot.com account status is Unsuspended. I don't understand this... im going :nuts: lol. Please tell me what happen. I did put the requirement Required - 468 x 60 Banner.
