Why NO support for Prime member to login to forum

I have tried since 5/12 to receive support to resolve
this issue via IRC, Free-Hosting forum, AMP
with no help back from x10hosting

try to log in to x10 forum http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/
use copy/paste to input password

receive
You have entered an invalid username or password. Please enter the correct details and try again.

when I try to change password so I can login to forum
using Email link and/or Account Management Panel (AMP)
with Email domain or username (username will NOT log me in to AMP)
use copy/paste to input password

have use http://x10hosting.com/forums/login.php?do=lostpw
and receive same type errors

The error is message is shown.

and is NO error message
and is time update submitted error it was at 08:54 AM MST/AZ which is 2 or 3 hr before server time

I need to know what the error is....

This Thread (post) was made in the AMP and as such
I can read this thread but I can not reply or update or edit it
