It's been activated since 10-15-2011, the last 4 days. x10.me is also not available as a subdomain name as it appears to already be in use elsewhere by a manufacturing company.
That said, your site -is- displaying an error, but those aren't due to any x10hosting maintenance. They appear to be the result of a script configuration error.
