Why some x10.bz hosting webs can be visited in China, some can't!

Lol same question was asked my lyhoop15 in the "Programming Help" forum and you in in the "Tutorials" forums.
and to be honest i think it can be visited from everywhere. also, how do you know it doesn't work somewhere in China? does it not work for you?

Hello. Please don't post the same thread in multiple forum sections. This doesn't belong in Review My Site, Programming Help, or Tutorials.

Unfortunately, some ISPs and countries, including China, block domain names or IPs of sites that they think contain inappropriate content. As a free hosting service, things like this is inevitable because people abuse the service. Even though we try to stop abuse as quickly as possible, it would still be online at some point. Just one site could cause the entire IP to be blacklisted.

China probably blocked one of our server IPs, but not all of them. As a result, some x10.bz sites work (server IP is not blocked) while others don't.
