Why the log is empty

The access log is empty all the times I ask for it. It is impossible for it to be empty as at least I visit my page for testing purposes. Why dont´t the log system register visits?

Hmm i just looked at my sites log, it was also blank.
It could be your not generating enough traffic, or theres something wrong with the logging system

It might be related to AWStats being disabled. The error log I know is working.

The log feature implemented in cPanel appears to only work for logging the visits for subdomains. I'm not sure why this is happening, as I remember in the past that it used to log visits for my root site as well.
