We've recently done some maintenance on how MySQL works, please allow some time for the system to be smoothed out.

The speed should improve over a few days. I'm sorry to hear you're having speed issues.

Yes, a few days is a very short time when you consider how many users are on each server. If you'd like to let the staff know about it, you can start a feedback thread here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/feedback-suggestions/

I'm sorry, I am only a Community member and do not have administrator access to the servers, therefore I cannot do anything.

Edit: If you need speed, buy hosting. http://x10hosting.com/premium.php

I just clocked the loading time for phpMyAdmin for my account. It took me two and a half minutes to get into it. If anything, I'd leave phpMyAdmin open if you really need to get into it often. It'll still take time to load up the links until the issue is fixed up, but it's better than waiting I suppose. Of course if you have a shared computer or you don't lock your operating system with a password while you're away, I wouldn't do this. The last time x10Hosting tried something like this we did see the same issues but it did get fixed up.

There's better technology now. I'm sure it'll be fixed, or improved soon.

Can someone PM me their username\login so I can test?

Logging in as an admin only takes 5-10 seconds and that is loading a few thousand databases up. Something must be done differently when an end user logs in that we'll need to figure out.

Do you still need a Username and password for cPanel Corey or is that covered?
