if it does say they are offline when you go to your account management, it is because they currently for one reason or another isn't working as they should, the server it self has problems.

It would be the same for all that is on that server (my guess is you're on exofire.net because that one is currently down)

As they are now working fine I presume this is resolved

Also - we don't allow that language, please provide a copy of your site in English, French or Spanish or you will get suspended.
