Why the server is going off line every 10 minute

Hi,

Its really frustrating.I am getting everything from you guys for a good web hosting package.But why the server is going offline every 10 min :dunno: ?

It's not every 10 minutes. It is deleting unused accounts. To make the server more stable.

I am sorry..but when ever i am trying to post something after one or two posting connection time out error is coming.And when i am checking my account its saying the server is offline

will this continue for ever or this will happen for few days only..Coz i am seeing this error for last 5/7 days

Even you can see this.Just refresh for few times it will say connection timeout error and check the server status it will say it is offline

i had wronly told every 10 mins...its going offline every 5 min

Like i said it is terminating unused accounts. When it removes all of the unused accounts the server will become more stable.
