why the suspension

ok today my account was suspended for the following reasons:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

I then attempted to sumbit an unsuspension, and got this:

what's going on here?

You show up as not suspended on my end... by any chances are you running wordpress? If so, that could be part of the problem.
As for the suspension, I will try to get a staff to look with more details into the system.

If you haven't been suspended for high system resource usage after that first suspension, you don't have to worry too much about it yet. You still have one more opportunity to manually unsuspend yourself if you get suspended again for high system resource usage.

As for your unsuspension request that you submitted, it went through and was approved. Your site loads fine now, and you should be able to log in to your cPanel. The "not applicable" that you see means that the column for "suspension reason" in the suspension report table does not apply (there is no suspension reason for an unsuspension, thus it's not applicable).

If you get suspended a third time for high system resource usage, we can get a staff member to help you out on a one-to-one basis and help you identify what files are causing your suspension.
