i know this sounds dum but i really dont see the attraction to vbulletin, its not that good there are better scripts out there or you could develop your own of course and it costs for not much better stuff name 10 things each thats so good about vb apart from it making your company/site look rich lol :eek:riginal:

1) Best security out there
2) Excellent support staff
3) Best templates out there
4) Best modifications out there
5) Most of the features that require hacks on other boards are built into vB by default.
6) Barely any effect on the server
7) Great Admin Panel
8) Easy import from other boards
9) Easy integration
10) Very well put together and organized.

There =)

Now if that was true about secruity, then how come I can take out a vbulletin forum easily...

I was expecting some thing diffrent. As for your idea you would need to contact vB and ask them but I don't see a problem with that.

@ Richard: yah the vb admin panel looks scary... I looks like the ring part 2!!! Is vb really that secure as many say? I think nothing is really secure !!!

i do not see a reason to contact them when i own the vb...

I don't really like the vBulletin admin panel cause it's not well organized.
