Why was my account suspended

I spent days working on my joomla site and you deleted it just like that.

There was no high usage issue because i cretaed that site only few days ago, this is really cruel, shame on you, i will create numerous web sites and blogs telling ppl to stay away from your hosting service,SHAME ON YOU.

Is there a way to transfer my web-site to another account, i spent days building it, it can`t just dissapear, maybe you don`t care but i do.

HIGH RESOURCE USAGE doenst mean how many people use it.It only means that if you had any mods installed that use system resources frequently.

Joomla is like that you know, it uses a great variety of mods, i thought that was a common knowledge but apparently that is not the case, i suggest you stop supperting joomla web-sites if you don`t want this to happen again, if this hosting provider supports joomla than i assume it can handle joomla web-sites.
That is my "weird" logic, so what happends now is my site gone forever or can it be transferred somwhere else? I would really love to save all of my work i don`t want it to dissapear because some "tech" bainiacs support joomla websites, but are not able to host them.
I was going to pay for better hosting, free service was just a test run cause i am new to this, i am willing to pay in order to keep my site.

Since its your third suspension i had notified senior staffs to unsuspend you. After unsuspending you can check your error logs in cpanel and get hold what was going wrong.

Nothing has happened, and my password for cpanel is not valid anymore, i am telling you for the second time now, the problem is that you morons are supporting joomla sites
that require more resources than you are willing to give your free users, is that so difficult to understand, now i am asking for the third time, is there a way for my site to be transferred to another host, could you at least send all my files to my e-mail address, i mean if you can`t even do that than i suggest that xhosting train a monkey to do your job.

While your frustration is quite understandable, being abusive to staff and management will not solve any problems.
Many users are using Joomla here with no problems at all. You probably just need to make a few adjustments to your setup.
Vishal has notified staff to unsuspend your account which will give you the ability to review your settings and make adjustments or download a backup of your files and do as you wish with them.

Thank you sooo much Carl, you are a saint, i guess all my problems are solved now. Interesting
how the owners of those other joomla sites knew exactly which mods to use, there must be thousands of joomla extensions out there, and yet somehow they managed to pick just the right ones, AMAZING, is there a list over mods i can use, i would really love to see that list.
Perhaps they used paid hosting Carl, i see lots of ppl have issues with this hosting provider, nothing to do with mods or joomla, could it be because this hosting provider sucks, half of them are not able to use cpanel.
Could i have my files back so i can move to another host, i am not mad, i guess this was a useful experience, after this no matter which hosting provider i chose it can only get better.
