It appears to be your forum account not linked to hosting account. Can you provide us the cpanel username?

I do not know what cpanel means. Nothing I can find on the x10hosting pages avaialble to me lets me access Hosting Account Management or Suspension Management.

Flush the dns and try again. Something is blocking the access.

How do you flush DNS (whatever that means)?
Is it possible to do it when your account is suspended?

Flushing DNS won't effect the cookies or settings.

www.fairfaxmediator.com now has its nameservers pointing away from ns1.x10hosting (which point your domain towards Absolut) and when it does resolve, it redirects to a wordpress.com blog.
