Why when i enter my domain it goes to server error page?

Hey guys I am just wondering why when i enter www.gam3con.com or gam3con.com it goes to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/

but when i type gam3con.com/ i can enter my website, like it seems like only after adding a slash at the end makes it work.

any help will be appreciated cheers!

I think your website doesn't open with www but it opens without www.

for example:

http://www.gam3con.com won't open but http://gam3con.com will open. It's a dns record problem.

login to your control panel

go to advance dns zone editor

Enter the following:

Name: www.gam3con.com

TLT: 14400

Type: A

Address: 84.154.58.130

I am not sure if it will work or not. Just give it a try.

I didn't try that but its working now could be due to the recent nameserver change.
