Hi, I am using a database for my server and the database isn't allowing a external connection from it, how can I fix this issue?

At this time x10hosting does not allow "Remote MySQL" for both abuse and security reasons; while the icon does appear in cPanel (we unfortunately cannot disable that due to cPanel restrictions), the firewall will block all attempts. You should be able to create a new database and database user via cPanel, but if you were intending to have a game server connect directly to the database (which is often the case with ban software such as what was installed on your service), this would unfortunately not be an option at this time.

No. Keep in mind that no matter how honest and above-board your intentions may be, literally everybody who wants an exception to a security rule is going to promise to be good when asking - and with a free service where there's literally nothing more than an email address required to sign up, there are an awful lot of people who are going to try to see what they can get away with. There's no way to tell ahead of time who's naughty and who's nice, it can be expensive to clean the mess up afterwards, and there are no real consequences for the abuser other than losing their hosting account. Most of the restrictions are gone with the paid (Premium or VPS) services.
