Why wordpress panel is not working?

I acces http://myname.x10.bz/wp-admin/index.php/ to post new stuff in my worpress based site. But since sunday its not working. The panel appears messy and disordered, and i cant add or edit new posts or images or videos or whataever.... :frown:

Tnks for the help... i just used the link "Edit this query" in the post as shortcut to access worpress panel.
