Well, I had a check at your site again. Seems still no luck. Not to be the bearer of bad news, or the thorn in the rose bush, but please read http://x10hosting.com/termsofservice and rethink the plausibility of your site violating Section 1, points 1 and 3.
I for one do not condole sites such as these, but then again I am not affiliated with the staff in any matter, but could assure you that it would get your site suspended if not terminated according to the opening statement of the TOS.
