We have multiple servers hosting users' sites. One server might be experiencing temporary issues but another server might not.

You are hosted on the Boru server. There might be temporary server issues that should resolve itself soon.

one more question: i've read that upgrading will force me to drop one domain..
i have aaaaa.x10hosting.com, bbbbb.com and ccccc.asia

will i have the option to drop the aaaaa.x10hosting,com if i upgrade?

You only have 2 addon domains. Upgrading gives you 2 instead of 3. So you won't lose any of them. Your main domain doesn't count.

Good question... they max you can have will drop, however it will not delete anything that is already there, at least for now. For example if you have 3/5 it would change to 3/2, if you ever remove that one DB you can't get it back. I would not suggest for people to do this and for anyone to consider bringing their account below the limit as a future cPanel update could forcefully bring your account under the limit. We will not be responsible for loss of data in this case.
