Wibiya toolbar chat

I have read your TOS numerous times and follow your rules but i have a question. To my knowledge free accounts can't have any chat scripts or shoutboxes. My Wibiya toolbar allows and has a built in flash chat. i can add or remove it at my will. Since this is hosted by them and doesn't require MySql or ANY resources on your end , then this should be ok, correct?

Its not a shoutbox either btw.

100% A-Okay - if it runs on their servers, it's not an x10 problem

The TOS for the shoutbox/chatbox ones only covers the ones that actually use our resources; whenever someone asks on IRC we point out there's a ton of other services, like Wibiya and CBox, that handle the shoutboxes/chatboxes and don't get you suspended
