Wierd login problem

Hello this is my first time trying to login and i get an error which says that the pannel for teh site is still under construction how is this possible when theres already accounts with website?? Is it just me or is anyone else getting this error?

What login form? The one on the new site is still under construction, so it won't work.

The login panel on the x10 siteis under construction, but you can still log in via cpanel (www.youraccount.x10hosting.com:2082) These account are not affected by the new upgrades that was only the forums and the web site.
