Wigam - Unable to login to C Panel

I have tried using the Account Management but I am still unable to login to my C Panel, I get this message:

Your Account is Currently Suspended
Your hosting account with the username is suspended, access to this account has been disabled. The reason for suspension is listed below.
Suspension Reason user transfered to another server.

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

Any help is appreciated.

Could my Cpanel setting please be checked.

I am still unable to login to CPanel even now my account is un-suspended.

I get "Login Attempt Failed!"

I have changed my password via the account management but still no luck.

Any help appreciated.
