Have had so much trouble using this service.

Most recently haven't been able to access cPanel to update web pages, and the system won't let me post a support ticket. This has been going on for well over a week now.

In the past our web site is often going down and now our patience is waring thin.

As soon as my friend, who has helped build my web pages, comes back, I'm going to ask her to move our site to a new hosting provider as this is all so unreliable.
It seems the free web hosting is very poorly supported at times. In the past when we had problems, we could post a support ticket and we'd get a response, so it felt like our query had some attention. And then the problem was often soon resolved. But this most resent episode of not being able to post a support ticket is most annoying!

I realise this is a free service and did appreciate this at first, but we are a small organisation, which made no profit for our holistic camp last year.
Our web site is very important for people to access information about us and this is the busiest time of year for this, as we prepare for the summer camp.

We do not keep you here. If you wish to leave, you may. As for the support ticket, let me add that you've just created one to express your dissatisfaction. As for why there are "a lot of problems" now, it's because we are upgrading and expanding and improving our systems, even for the free servers, a thing that most free hosting providers don't do. Dear Mr.HOlistic,
What I have learnt from viewing threads here is that many are satisfied with the support.I am a newbie and I cannot sit in your shoes but I can confidently tell you that support has been good to most and great to many.
Your case might be an exception but news section told that the servers have been shifted and delay is hence.
Stay at x10 as ratings say this is the best.

Well , in my opinion , X10 hosting is excellent in comparison with all freehosting providers.
I have a free account and have yet faced no problems , except a little downtime because of a hardware upgrade.
