Will i ever get my site back...

Hello.
since last week i have been struggling to get my site back.
What sort of backup you people make when the customer site is down for weeks.

first your mysql user dumped... when i created a new one to get my sited back, you started restoring, all my mails too wentdown (cuz of dns). somehow i got that working by setting MX from domain panel..

after 3 more then days, i was asked to manually put in a ticket request to get site working. When i did so, although it was stored, but to a point where the mysql users were dumped.

when i contacted, i was told to hold on for a day, when the systems get online, and forget password be working. Since 3-4 days i have been trying all UnSuccessfull.

now the account manager says, its unavailable.

My site has been updating in google in less then 10 hours prev., but cuz of this, all had been gooing to gutter.

I made a simple request to please provide me a copy of my database.. but even that came unheared to deaf ears..
since with that i could get the content online..

Just simple one line question, Will i get my site back or should i start making again from scratch????????

I see your site online, and your files and databases listed in cPanel.
