Will not let me enter the Cpanel ..

Hello, good day looks need to look into the data Cpanel ftp but I get this when attempting to login to Cpanel: The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel Have Been Temporarily Suspended Operations to Prevent Something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files in use on Not That partition. the Cpanel and need to go change my web site, thanks
