There is no PHP v 5.4
The two stable releases are PHP 5.2.13 and PHP 5.3.2 .
Pretty sure x10 runs 5.2.13 which should be sufficient for your software.

i'm sure the 5.2.13 wont work on my mvc files, the 5.3.2 will work on my mvc files.

I doubt that x10hosting will change the PHP version just for you.

And to code software expecting v 5.3+ is not a good ideal unless you have your own server.

I use zend framework(based of mvc) and php 5 is basically what it requires to work.Since php 5.4 is not invented yet, any framework on planet earth won't require php 5.4.
