I think you need to port forward.

By the way coolv1994, based on your speed test signature on your signature, your upload should be good enough to host a moderately sized site that isn't too image heavy or has too many downloads on it. Depending on the content, you'll be able to have from 4-16 people using it based on my charts without having too much upload usage that is enough to get visitors annoyed. Your connection might be able to hold more people, heck, I've gotten a fully functional forum with an active community running off of a DSL connection with 128kbps upload at my one friend's house for them a while ago (they wanted to host their own server). I'm running 768kbps of upload here, so I can obviously hold a larger site/hold more people drawing from it at once.

Well I ran a windows server 2003 and I messed with the IP settings trying to get my router on it to auto port forward like my old modem but it doesn't work so I uninstalled it.

Doesn't auto-forward require the techniques of uPnP?

You would need to buy cPanel and run linux. No I was TRYING I guess I will have to run the server on one of my 5 t3 Modems. Instead of a router.

3 more questions what is the diffrence between Abyss and WAMPServer?
And how would I set up my site to work on my server instead of x10's? And could I switch back to x10's if I wanted?

Yes, easily. The x10 domain name is owned by x10, and unless Corey could set you up to be able to use your current name or something with the x10 domain in the DNS and have you be able to keep the DNS up to date for when your IP changes, you'll need to use a Dyndns domain name. Otherwise, the difference between the two servers should be found in a quick Google Search. The forums I go to are really busy today, so that said, I'll leave it up to you or someone else to find that info out.

Yes.
That's why it's not a very good idea to run your own server except if you have special requirements, eg. Need lots of space, want to use PHP free of restrictions, etc.
Also, at 477 kb/s upload, users would download an average 4 MB song or other file in about 69 seconds (ONLY IF you were not doing anything else on the Internet and that user was the only one connected at that time).
477 kb/s upload speed is WAY too low to practically run a web server.
Plus, guessing from your questions and phrasing... I don't think someone of your mental calibre would be able to figure out how to start a server, open up a port etc. etc.

Stick with x10.
