Windows start run error

So I am installing php apache and mysql and ive noticed that my run bar doesnt seem to work. The book that I am using told my to go to start run and type

c:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\mysqladmin" -u root -p create testDB;

however when I hit enter it tells me windows cannot find c:\program

First off, Have you installed MySQL on your PC?

You forgot the " at the beginning

Yeah adding the " worked, it didnt have that in the book though so it must have been a typo, thank you for your help compwiz your great.
