Windows Taskbar Themes

Does anybody here know how to write Taskbar Themes to replace the themes that comes with Windows??? Themes for Windows XP??

All you do is get a program to extract the images from the default style then edit them to your liking. Pretty simple, but can take a while.

I don't follow, what kind of Program?

Something like ResourceHacker. I'm not sure if ResourceHacker can extract the image files, but a program like that will do. I can't remember the programs anymore.

EDIT: I've just remembered this topic. It's an easier way to make styles. (For Vista)
