I don't know if it is available via Automatic Updates, but if you go to Windows Update directly through IE, it allows you to download it . Just know that having a modified uxtheme.dll for third party themes will be patched by Microsoft in this latest update, preventing you from using themes (but I hear that there is an SP3 patch for the uxtheme.dll once again)

I have now got SP3 installed (I had to do a re-install to get it to work). So far I haven't noticed any difference, except perhaps a slight speed up.

About the uxtheme.dll thing, I can't get it to work properly. I'm going to try some more later and have a look on the internet for a better patched dll.

At first I couldn't use my mac os x style and so I had to download a new theme patcher. Microsoft isn't very intelligent...:nuts:
