??? Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account ???

I have been using this service for several years. A couple of month ago my page disapeared. Now when I log in and go to hosting I see:

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

• An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
• A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
• You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.

Any idea on what happened? Clearly my account exists (since I can post this message & log). I tried clicking on "open a support ticket" but it says that it is disabled for this client.

Are you referring to the cPanel address?? It used to be:

Did you sign up for an account? If not, it appears that there was a glitch. You are showing a hosting account attached to your forum account now. Your address is ceciliamartinex.x10.bz

Note that it is a requirement to log into the forums once every 30 days or your account will get suspended for inactivity.
