Won't Accept The Connection

I am trying to use the site builder. The page won't connect at all. A few days ago everything was fine. The error I get is:

"The remote device or resource won't accept the connection".

I have tried these trouble shooting steps (as potential fixes on google for this issue)

*At Elevated command prompt:
ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

NETSH winsock reset catalog

NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log

NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

Exit

*reset network adapter
*uninstalled & reinstalled network adapter
*rebooted modem & router
*reset internet options
*tried accessing site builder on a 2nd computer and experienced the same issue
*gave flash permission to run on site builder page.

Nothing seems to work. Has any one else had this issue or know of a possible solution?

After contacting my satellite provider, Hughesnet, they informed me that it is an issue with the server that builder.infinitysrv.com is on. Specifically the time-out frequency is not long enough. Not sure if this is the case, but that is what they told me.

I would recommend using the Opera browser with Turbo mode enabled. I've heard this can help with satellite browsing issues.

I tried Opera with and without Turbo activated. It did not work. I guess my next move is to move on to a new host. I have searched google and cannot find an answer that works for me. Thanks for the advice anyway.
