wont let me login to cpanel

hey i just signed up my account is fine not suspended or anything but when i try logging into the cpannel for the first time it says authenticating then it says successful redirecting then it jumps back to loggin with a error saying: "you must specify a username to login" please help me asap

Try clicking Access cPanel again. Or just use yourx10domain/cpanel and put in your username and password from that login window.
