Wont let me park my domain

my domain gamescentral.co.tv it wont let me park it its giving me this error Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: gamescentral.co.tv is controlled by another user. You cannot park it. the nameservers are set on the domain but it wont park
