Wordpress backup / disk limit

Hello, sorry if im wrong posting here first of all.
I have been unable to backup my wordpress from softaculous as usual as it says there is no installation. But there is an installation since my website still runing. And also Im not able to upload images into wordpress media manager, also cannot upgrade the wordpress version/theme/plugins. Is there anything Im doing wrong? Its all because of the space usage limit? Thank you very much, any help will be much apreciated!

If you did not use Softaculous to install it, you won’t be able to use it to make backups of it. Have you deleted prior backups you made from the server?

Hello! Thanks. I have had it installed there since the begining of my website, have not deleted anything prior this issue, I usually just make a backup when updating anything on the web, but thats like once every month and a half or so. I just was trying to upload two images, since i wasnt able i went and tried to make a backup to go and update the wordpress, but I cant do any of this... Have no idea what happened

You will need to delete the existing backups you have created in Softaculous. This can can be done in the backups menu in softaculous.
