Let's keep it simple..
My website has been down for ages. That's not the issue. I held all that patiently.
Now the thing is, my website won't even load- even after everything is done.
Account panel works. cPanel doesn't load at all.

Tried flushing DNS several times (the latest was 5 minutes ago), but no help.
Edit: Found my previous post..issue has been escalated to the staff.

Edit 2: How long does it take for a 'low' priority ticket to be answered? I wonder why it's 'low' and not 'normal'. Sigh.
